2 and salmon terrine with leeks

- 2 to 3 leeks depending on size.
- smoked salmon.
- a salmon fillet or box.
- 6 gelatine leaves.
- herbs.
- cider vinegar.
- salt, pepper ....
- 1/2 glass of water.
- individual molds (not cut) or cake pan.
- transparent film.


The day before:.
Wash the leeks eliminating too hard green parts. The cut into small pieces.

Sauté long for them to be well fluxes. Season to taste. Possibly, lend a mixer for the "grout" side. .
Cook the salmon fillet or drain and crumble the contents of the box.

Soften gelatin in cold water, add the herbs with cider vinegar, season, melt the gelatine and stir in dressing.

Line (s) die (s) with the film and smoked salmon.

Pour half of the leeks and cover a portion of the preparation.

Divide salmon, and re-dressing.

Top with remaining leeks and re-dressing.

Each time, stir gently for a few good repartir dressing jelly.

Refrigerate until completely set.

Turn out and present to serve on a plate with a sauce to your idea .

Notes: It is best to use an electric knife if you have taken the option to mold cake! Recommended wines:: Dry White fruity
