- 40 g butter.
- 40 g of brown sugar.
- 40 g flour.
- 100 g dark chocolate.
- 5 squares of white chocolate.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Melt the butter in the microwave with broken chocolate squares .
Beat eggs with sugar until mixture is frothy .
Add chocolate, flour and salt.
Grease your molds fondant .
Spoon batter into your molds .
Preheat oven to 180 °, thermostat 6 .
Add white chocolate square in each of your molds before baking in the oven .
Cook the fondant in the oven between 10 and 15 minutes depending on your oven .
And that is all hot and ready to be tasted .
Notes: You can serve small hot fondant with ice cream (vanilla for example) for that gluttony is even stronger ... To your spoons!
