2 salmon rillettes

- 300 g of fresh salmon.
- 50 g smoked salmon.
- 1/2 bunch of chives.
- salt, pepper.
- 20 cl heavy cream (30% fat).


Cook the fresh salmon (steam, oven or microwave, covered choice)
Meanwhile finely chop the chives and make salmon cubes.. smoked .

Once the salmon is cooked, let it cool and then crumble it with a fork (removing the edges, skin and brown or fatty parts) ..

Add cream, chives, some salt, pepper, some lemon juice, smoked salmon and mix well .

can add berries roses, or replace the chives dill, anything is possible .

Cool 2 hours in the fridge .

Serve as appetizer on bread légèrment toasted or flat or entry with a small salad .
