2 salmon sauce for pasta

INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 4 slices of smoked salmon.
- 2 pavements of fresh salmon.
- 2 shallots or 1 onion.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 yellow pepper.
- 12 cl of white wine.
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil.
- 12 cl of tomato paste (about).
- 1 big pot of double cream.
- olive oil.
- butter.

PREPARATION


Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat .
Add shallots and garlic, diced

Cook for 2 minutes, then add the wine and cook 1 minute .

Add basil and tomato puree .

Season generously and cook 8 minutes .

Stir in cream and cook for 4 minutes .

Meanwhile, cook fresh salmon cut into large dice minced pepper for 3 minutes in hot butter .

Add smoked salmon and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat .

preparation Mix in tomato salmon with pasta and taste .

Notes: Serve with Parmesan if you like. Sometimes I add fresh tomatoes in tomato puree.
