2 salmon tartare

INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 500 g of fresh salmon.
- 200 g smoked salmon.
- 1 egg (yellow).
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 50 g of yogurt (or sour cream).
- 1 lemon.
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives.
- salt, pepper.

PREPARATION


Mixer 2 salmon for a large middle minced to taste .
Put the mixture in a small bowl.. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator .

Mix egg yolk, olive oil, yogurt (or cream) and chives. Stir the mixture chopped salmon.

Adjust seasoning if necessary .

Put the mixture in the refrigerator .

Serve chilled accompanied by hot toast .

Note: You can replace the fresh salmon with scallops Jacques, and add diced tomatoes and mustard tartar.
