2 sausage hotpot

INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 1 blank.
- 4 large carrots.
- 3 large potatoes.
- 3 large tomatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 1 clove.
- 3 or 4 hot dogs (or a big sausage Morteau).
- 3 or 4 Toulouse sausages.
- 1 clove.
- thyme, pepper.

PREPARATION


Must firstly blanch the cabbage. Thus, it should be washed and cut into 4-6 pieces, and be immersed in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain .
. In order to avoid or mitigate the "cons" digestive cabbage, I put one to two tablespoon (s) coffee of sodium bicarbonate in water .

Then peel other vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions and tomatoes ) and put them in a pressure cooker, cut into large pieces. Add cabbage, sausage (pricked with a knife), cloves, thyme and pepper. Put water without fully cover the ingredients in the pot (half a liter).

Close the pressure cooker and cook 30 minutes after turning down the heat, once the valve has turned .

Serve the stew hot, with mustard and country bread!

Notes: It is possible to replace the white cabbage with a green cabbage. Recommended wines: Bordeaux
