- 4 turkey fillets.
- 4 tablespoons mustard.
- salt, ground black pepper.
- 1 tablespoon of mustard to the former.
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard coffee.
- 6 teaspoons of soy cream.
Spread mustard on one side of each turkey breast .
Wrap each fillet and prick them with a wooden toothpick to. take wraps
Arrange the pieces in the bottom steaming bowl .
Prepare the sauce
Mix together the two mustards in a small baking dish .
Stir gently Soy cream. Cover with cling film and place the dish in the upper bowl and put the lid.
Notes: Serve with green beans and small potatoes. A cook in the upper bowl with the sauce dish. (Steam recipe.)
