- 1 puff pastry.
- 1/2 maroille.
- 1/2 Reblochon.
- blue 1/2.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 medium pot of cream.
Roll out the dough into a mold, prick the bottom with a fork.
Remove or scrape the skin of cheese, cut into small pieces.
Arrange the pieces of cheese evenly over the pastry.
Beat eggs and cream and pepper (no salt because the cheese is already salty), then pour over the pie.
Bake, thermostat 7 for 1/2 hour .
