INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- Parmesan.
- Roquefort.
- Appenzell.
- double cream.
- farfalle.

PREPARATION

:. In a saucepan, cook the farfalle around 15 minutes (al dente) .
Grate the parmesan and Appenzell and cut into small roquefort. pieces .

Once cooked pasta, pass through a sieve, put them back in the still hot pan add the 3 cheeses to stir, then add the cream .
