3 Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 20 cl cream.
- 20 g butter.
- 10 g Camembert.
- 10 g fresh goat cheese.
- 20 g of grated cheese.
- 1 pinch of dried basil.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1 pinch of pepper.

PREPARATION


Remove rind Camembert. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add cheese.

Mix well so that the cheese melt and all make a smooth paste.

Add the cream little by little while stirring.

Salt and pepper.

Finish with basil.

Remarks: Delicious with pasta, but also can be accompanied by red meat and vegetables.
