- 50 g of dark chocolate.
- 50g milk chocolate.
- 50 g white chocolate.
- 3 x 40 g of butter (120 g in all).
- 3 eggs.
- 3 x 25 g of flour (75 g in total).
- 3 x 50 g sugar (150 g in all).
- 3 pinches of yeast.
- 3 teaspoons of water.
You need 3 containers from the microwave (big bowls) .
Melt the dark chocolate with 40 g of butter in the microwave.. Do the same for the milk chocolate and white chocolate .
Add an egg into each chocolate mixture, then add the sugar, flour, yeast and water ..
Use a baking dish in the microwave .

I often places a square of chocolate on each unbaked dough they melt on top .
then cook 5 min in the microwave (power 800 W approx) .
