- 60 g of dark chocolate.
- 100 g white chocolate.
- 100 g of milk chocolate.
- 30 g of butter.
- 4 egg whites.
- 2 sheets of gelatin.
- 140 g cream.
- 40 cl of milk.
- 15 biscuits.
Top the bottom of 4 glasses of cognac 2 halves of the spoon biscuits soaked milk mixture + sugar + marsala .
1st layer :
1/2 Soften gelatin in cold water .
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter and stir in gelatin .. < br />
Fit 2 egg whites and stir in the melted chocolate .
Arrange the biscuits on the first layer, and half have two more previously soaked .. < br />
second layer :
Soften 3/4 gelatin in cold water .
Melt 70 g white chocolate with whipping cream and add the gelatine .
Fit white until stiff and fold into the melted chocolate .
Arrange this layer on biscuits .
Let stand 1/2 hour in the fridge .
Arrange a final layer of soaked biscuits (that faithS-CI, 3 halves !!!) .
third layer :
soften 3/4 gelatin in cold water.
Melt the milk chocolate with 70 g whipping cream and add the gelatin .
Fit white until stiff and fold into the chocolate .
Arrange on cookie .
Let stand 4 to 6 hours in the fridge, then decorate with chocolate shavings !
