INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- About 1.2 kg of nutmeg pumpkin.
- 4 carrots.
- 1 onion.
- salt and pepper.
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin.
- 1 vegetable stock cube.
- 1 coconut milk briquette (20 cl).
- 30 g mimolette.
- water.

PREPARATION


Peel and cut squash, carrots and onion into large pieces .
cook in a pressure cooker with water, cumin. powder, vegetable stock cube, salt and pepper .

Mixer with a blender and add the coconut milk briquette. Stir .

Sprinkle mimolette chips (made on efficient) before serving .
