4 Cheese Fondue

INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 300 g of Beaufort.
- 300 g of Abondance.
- 300g County.
- 300 g Appenzeller.
- 65 cl of white wine from Savoie.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 3 level teaspoons cornstarch.
- enough kirsch or hooch to dilute the cornflour (2 cl env).
- croutons take about 1/2 baguette per person.

PREPARATION


Rub the fondue pot with the garlic clove .
Put to heat the wine over medium heat .
.. When it boils, add the cheese grated and mixed beforehand .

When the cheese is melted, add the cornstarch diluted in alcohol .

Leave simmer 5 minutes and then put the pot on the stove .

Enjoy fondue!
