INGREDIENTS

- 8 tomatoes.
- 40 g cornstarch.
- 50 cl of milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 50g grated cheese.
- 1 teaspoon of four spices.

PREPARATION


Cut up tomatoes and empty them. Salt the inside and turn them on paper towels .

Preheat oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7) .

Dilute cornstarch in a little cold milk and heat the remaining milk .

When milk is hot, add the cornstarch and let thicken over low heat .
. Add
spices and egg yolks .

Gently fold the egg whites beaten until stiff and pour in tomato .

Arrange tomatoes in an oiled dish and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes of cooking .
