INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 1/2 salad (any variety).
- 1 black radish.
- 1 raw beetroot.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 lawyer.

PREPARATION


Wash and peel the vegetables.
. In a bowl, grate the carrots, radishes and beets.

Cut avocado into cubes (not too small) .

Add the salad.

Season to your choice .

Notes: For gourmands can add mushrooms or pieces of raw broccoli or cauliflower raw for those that support (level digestion). Recommended wines: Water
