INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 1 small can of black beans.
- 1 small can of diced tomatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli from Spain.
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
- 20 leaves of baby spinach.
- 100g feta.
- 1 lemon half.
- Mexican Tortillas.
- Mexican salsa sauce, to taste.

PREPARATION

:. In a heavy saucepan, fry the onion, garlic in olive oil .. Continue until
. onion is translucent. Add tomato and black beans. Mix .

Salt and pepper the mixture. Add paprika and cumin Spain.

Squeeze half a lemon over the mixture and then add the squeezed half a lemon. Mix well and simmer 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat. .
Serve in Mexican tortillas in completing the following steps: Put 2 or 3 leaves of spinach tortilla, add the mixture of black beans and sprinkle with feta. Roll the tortilla. It's ready! You can add a little salsa and sour cream or jalapeno above the tortilla .
