- A bunch of young carrots.
- 2 chicory (endive).
- 2 onions.
- 1 knorr cube herbs.
Peel the carrots, cut into slices .
Cut the chicory into thin strips, and onions .
Put everything in a pot, cover with water and add the cube herbal .
Cook for 25 min .
The last 5 min , remove the cover and allow to evaporate water: a little sauce will form in the bottom of the pot .
