INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 2 large bananas.
- 5 or 6 apricots.
- 100 to 150 g strawberries (keep 4 for decoration).
- some apple juice (or other non-thick juice).

PREPARATION


Cut the fruit coarsely (but be careful not to have too large pieces, difficult to pass in the mixer).

Transfer to a blender at high speed .

Add apple juice as needed to thin the mixture a little .
. < br /> Serve chilled in transparent glasses decorated with strawberries .

Notes: A very pleasant way to eat fresh fruit, no sugar added I served this smoothie to accompany a strawberry millefeuille. Therefore ideal with a dessert not too heavy!
