INGREDIENTS

(2 persons)

- 1 can of tuna.
- 1 pepper.
- 1 yogurt natural stirred.
- 1 puff pastry.
- mustard.
- olive oil.
- salt, pepper.
- provencal herbs, parsley, shallot, etc ..

PREPARATION


Crumble the tuna into a container .
Add pepper and shallot cut into small cubes .

Pour the yogurt and a drizzle of olive oil .

Add 1 heaping tablespoon mustard .

Sprinkle salt, herbs de provence, parsley and all the condiments that make you want :)

Mix well and pour in the center of the pastry

Bring edge so the center to form a pretty slipper .

Pierce the liner around on top .

Hop! Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) .
