A steak to die for a holy

- 1 steak for 2 (butcher).
- 1/2 curly parsley.
- salt.


Spread a pinch of coarse salt on each side of the steak and let rest on a plate for fifteen minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the parsley. Take half and spread it over the meat.

Sauté 5 to 10 minutes depending on taste.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley and let cool 3 minutes. Serve with tabbouleh (made with the other half of the parsley) .

Notes: A simple recipe as pie ... watch creates a real addiction! Recommended wines:: a small gray or rose wine well chilled
