INGREDIENTS

- 15 cl chicken stock.
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
- 70 g tomato paste.
- 1 pinch of cumin.
- 1 pinch of oregano.
- 10 cl of red wine.
- 2 tablespoons ketchup.
- 1 shallot.
- 1 sprig of parsley.
- 1 sprig of fresh coriander.
- 1 carrot.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 oil.
- 1 bunch fresh mint.
- 1 puff pastry.

PREPARATION


Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6), meanwhile, cut into small cubes kangaroo meat .
