INGREDIENTS

- 100 g of honey.
- 50 g butter.
- 15 cl vinegar.
- Defond 50 cl veal.

PREPARATION


In a pan on fire sweet honey 5 minutes then add the vinegar and reduce by half, then add the veal stock .
Cook. 20 minutes, then thicken the sauce with butter. Sauté duck breast or pork tenderloin with sauce .
