- A natural tuna.
- a crab crumbs box.
- 100 g flour.
- 12 cl of milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 onion.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- parsley.
- mild or hot pepper (to taste).
- salt.
- oil for cooking.


Mix in a bowl the flour and milk until a sticky dough .
Separate the egg whites ..

Stir yolks to the batter, then tuna and crab .

chop the onion and garlic then add them to the preparation .. < br />
Season with pepper and salt (it is better to put more pepper than salt, canned tuna is already salty) and add a handful of parsley .

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently to the preparation .
. In a frying pan, heat the neutral oil (rapeseed oil type) or cooking oil .

Notes: shrimp boxes can be used instead of crab crumbs.
