INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 400 g of red lentils.
- 2 large potatoes "new".
- 1 onion.
- 1 bunch fresh coriander.
- 400 g peeled tomatoes (canned).
- 400 ml of coconut milk.
- sambhar powder 20 g (= 4 tablespoons curry).
- ground pepper.
- salt.

PREPARATION


Sauté finely chopped onion in a pot .. Add
almost indiscriminately. Red lentils, small squares of potato, chopped fresh coriander, peeled tomatoes, and coconut milk .



salt a little. And add the curry (sambhar) and a teaspoon of pepper .

Simmer for more than 50 min.

Wait until the potatoes are cooked, even if the lenses are quickly mashed .

Notes: NB: according convenience, add water to cook the potatoes (per cup every 20 minutes), or for a more liquid.
