Agnes Sauce

- 1 small tomato paste box.
- 1 knob of butter.
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise very firm.


Heat very gently the butter in a small pan. Slowly warm tomato paste .

Before serving, add the mayonnaise and let it warm up a few minutes stirring constantly .

Pour over a grilled steak or slices of roast beef.

Serve with crispy fries .

Notes: This recipe was prepared by my mother's name was Agnes. As to my knowledge nobody else knows it, I gave it its name.
