- 1 potato.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 little crushed pepper.
- 1 egg yolk.
- olive oil.
- salt and pepper.
Boil the potatoes and mash with a fork .
In a mortar crush the garlic with a little pepper. salt and spice .
Add the egg yolk and still warm potato, turn by adding a drizzle of olive oil .
Once the mixture has set, stop .
Just before serving, add 1/2 ladle of fish soup .
