Aioli vegetables reduced

- 2 artichokes (noon).
- 4 carrots.
- 4 potatoes.
- 2 courgettes.

- white cheese 0%.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- fresh and chopped herbs: chives, basil, parsley.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional).


Peel all vegetables, cut into chunks carrots and zucchini (5-7cm) .
Bake with steam in a pressure cooker them. artichokes and potatoes. Add half-cooked carrots and zucchini .

Meanwhile, prepare the aioli by crushing the garlic with the salt. Add the cottage cheese, fresh herbs and finally the olive oil. Keep cool .

Notes: Serve these vegetables with steamed fish, it makes a complete meal. Recommended wines:: white wine from Jura and Alsace
