Alberdouille tomato sauce (for roasted pork)

INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 1 large can peeled tomatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 20 cl dry white wine.
- 250 g mushrooms in Paris.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 20 cl cream.
- 1 tablespoon tarragon.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- set and pepper.
- 1 tablespoon of butter.

PREPARATION


Saute chopped onion in the butter. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, wine, salt, pepper and the chopped mushrooms .

Simmer 45 min .

Add the cream and tarragon then boil for 5 min .

Add the mustard off the heat before serving .

This sauce goes well with roast pork or ribs square Pork .
