- From May to October ripe bananas.
- 1 liter of fruit spirits.
- 20 sugar cubes.
- 1 jar of about 1.5 liters.
Fill the jar with sliced bananas. Put the sugar cubes and pour alcohol .
Although close and macerate for 40 days by returning the jar every day .
