Algerian sesame bread

- 500 g of extra fine semolina durum wheat.
- 1 yeast cube.
- milk.
- salt.
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive or others).
- black sesame seeds.
- 1 egg.


Pour the couscous in a large bowl or in a jam, then add salt, mix well, make a well, add the previously diluted yeast in warm water.

Add oil and knead the dough, gradually add the milk until a smooth paste .

Form a ball , cover with a cloth and let stand 2 hours.

Past 2 hours, roll dough into a fairly thick disc, available in a large round dish (like pizza) buttered.

Then again let stand two hours without cover.

Past 2 hours, with a fork prick the dough, coat with beaten egg and finally add black sesame seeds over .
Bake in hot oven 200 / 220C ° (gas mark 7) for about 40 min. Be sure to watch the cooking .
