- 5 bananas ripe plantains.
- 40 cl of oil (for frying plantain).
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground ginger.
Peel the bananas. Slice the peeled banana into small pieces. Sprinkle with ginger and stir .
Heat oil in a skillet. Y fry the banana slices until browned .
Drain on paper towels and salt to taste .
Notes: Plantain is a large banana mealy more than bananas which serves as our dessert.
