INGREDIENTS

(8 people)

- 200 g flour mixed (1/2 wholemeal flour, 1/4 of wheat flour, cornflour 1/4).
- 1 packet yeast baking.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tablespoon cream.
- 1 teaspoon of bitter almond aroma.
- water.
- 6 tablespoons cooking special sweetener.

PREPARATION

Dissolve the yeast in a little water (enough for all the yeast is covered) .
Add 2/3 of the flour, knead . a little, then let rest in a warm .
Tip = turn on your oven at the lowest thermostat, wrap a damp cloth the dough, then bake: 10 min is rested!

Then add the sweetener and egg, mix and add the remaining flour, then the aroma and cream .

Let stand still 30 minutes (or 10 minutes in the oven) .

Then start the oven to 180 ° C, gas mark 6 and cook about 40 min .

Notes: The entire cake obtained is equivalent to about 700 kcal, and given the size obtained (approximately 6-8 people) that's all benef!
