INGREDIENTS

- 4 egg whites.
- 250 g of sugar.
- 3 tablespoons of ground almonds.
- 100 to 200 g almonds into pieces.
- 200 to 300 g flaked almonds.

PREPARATION


Beat the egg whites .
Stir in sugar and almond powder and almonds into pieces and then the almonds.. Add slivered almonds until a thick paste .

Arrange small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with a spoon .

Bake in the oven about 1:30 to 90 ° C (gas mark 3). The rocks should be lightly browned .
