INGREDIENTS

(120 g small & amp; acirc; teaux)

- 250g of flour.
- 120 g of butter.
- 250 g of sugar.
- 250 g ground almonds.
- grated zest of 1 lemon.
- 2 egg whites.
- 1 pinch of salt.

PREPARATION

Sift flour. Add the butter cut into small pieces, sugar, salt, almonds and zest.

Work fingertips.

Add egg white and knead quickly.

Form a roll of 3 cm in diameter. Chill 1 hour.

Cut into slices 3 mm thick.

Bake 8 to 10 min (monitor cooking) to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7) .
