- 1 liter of milk.
- cinnamon.
- 100 g of corn flour.
- 250 g ground almonds.
- 200 g of sugar.


Boil the milk with a little cinnamon. Add the flour diluted in a little water with stirring to not burn .
. After that boiling lasted 5 minutes, add the almonds, sugar and remaining cinnamon .

Leave to boil 15 minutes on low heat .

Serve very hot .
