INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 400 g of ground almonds.
- 400 g of powdered sugar.
- 8 ounces of water.
- 2-3 drops of almond extract (pastry).

PREPARATION


Mix the ground almonds and sugar.

Add water and essence of almonds.

Knead until a compact mass.

Let stand a few hours.
Variation:..
You can make dumplings and roll in cocoa powder or enjoy it as is
