INGREDIENTS

(1 person)

- 100 g of cooked brown rice.
- 50 g of bean sprouts.
- 1 egg.
- soy sauce.

PREPARATION


Fry the bean sprouts with sauce, simmer the time to cook the rice .
Make an omelette with the egg, cut. thinly .

Add cooked rice to soybeans, mix by adding the sauce to prevent it's too dry .

Add omelette , remix, and simmer a few minutes .

Serve in small bowls China, main course or as an accompaniment to spring rolls, ravioli vapors, or other Asian merry

Notes: By adding ham and peas, you get a delicious fried rice.
