INGREDIENTS

- 3 ripe plantains.
- cooking oil (peanut or palm).
- salt.

PREPARATION


Peel and cut the bananas into pieces about 5 mm thick. Saler .

Heat a frying oil to 180 ° C (not the hottest of a deep fryer). Plunge bananas. Monitor .

When one side is browned, turn washers .

Drain well before serving .

Better is making several batches because they pile up, the alokos stick to each other .

Notes: Ivorian Accompaniment. Plantains from Africa are harder to find, but they are much better. Do not hesitate to take bananas to the largely black mottled skin: they are ripe.
