Aloo Zeera or potatoes with cumin

INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 6 potatoes of medium size, boiled and cubed skinless.
- 1.5 tablespoon of oil.
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds.
- 1 finely chopped onion.
- 1 tablespoon minced green chilli.
- 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon masala.
- salt.
- of 1/4 lemon juice.
- 10g chopped coriander.

PREPARATION

..
1) Heat oil and fry the cumin seeds over low heat. Leave disseminate aromas then add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes.

2) Add ginger and green chilli and let fry until lightly colored.

3) Add the powder Tumeric, masala, pepper and mix then add the potatoes and sauté them well and coat with all the spices.

4) Add the lemon juice and cilantro, sauté and season with salt .
