- 150 cl Crémant d'Alsace.
- 70 cl of Martinique rum.
- 2 liters of orange juice with pulp.
- 1 liter of pineapple juice.
- 50 cl cane sugar syrup.
- 4 lemons.
- 4 limes.
Cut green and yellow lemons into small wedges and put everything in a large bowl (capacity 7 l) .
Drizzle with rum,. fruit juice, cane sugar syrup and finally Crémant d'Alsace .
Refrigerate for 3 hours or place in refrigerator 2 hours and 30 minutes in the freezer for an ice effect.
