- 1 large chicken.
- 1 pot of thick cream.
- 1 Boursin cheese type of pepper.
- white wine.
- potatoes for fries.
Half the cheese in chicken. Salt and pepper .
Roast chicken in oven for 1 h .
Out chicken, dissect. Remove the cheese chicken .
Place chicken pieces in a pan, add the cream, Boursin, white wine, salt and pepper .
Heat over low heat 30 minutes .
Serve with lingonberries and fries .
