- 350 g white cheese or yogurt.
- 3 eggs.
- 3 pinches of salt.
- 250 g flour.
- 20 g butter.
Mix cottage cheese (or yogurt), eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Let stand 20 minutes this soft dough (like a thick liquid).
Boil salted water. Take 2 tablespoons and dropping dough portions into boiling water. In batches.
Once the Knepfles are cooked, they rise to the surface (note they do not stick to the bottom of the pan).
Heat butter in a pan. Exit at As the Knepfles cooked with a slotted spoon and place in the pan. Although saute 10 minutes .
Notes: These also go well knepfles fish meat in sauce. It's (almost) as fast as to make pasta, but it's even better.
