- 500 g mixed minced pork and veal meat.
- 50 cl tomato coulis.
- a box of 500 g of peeled tomatoes (approximately).
- olive oil.
- oregano.
- fresh basil.
- paprika.
- dried garlic powder.
- balsamic vinegar of Modena.
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream.
- salt and pepper.


Make your chopped cook in a pan with butter or olive oil .
Season with salt, pepper, paprika .. . In a pan, put a background of olive oil, fresh basil leaves 5 and 2 pinch of oregano .

Leave heat when good fragrance is felt, add the sauce and peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika (which will raise the taste of your sauce), 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and cream (which will cut the acidity of the tomato).

Add the meat. Simmer for 1 hour (the longer it simmers the better it is) by adding 2 or 3 times a pinch of oregano and paprika .

It's even better reheated the next day .
