- 1 smoked duck breast slices.
- 1 red pepper.
- 1 fresh goat cheese or Sainte Maure.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.


Plan toothpicks .
Cut your peppers into squares of about 2cm .
Put the pepper.. to cook in a pan with olive oil .

Prepare your sauce in a bowl by mixing soy sauce with honey. Mix and pour over the peppers cooking medium .

Peppers Cooking is complete when they are slightly softened, it takes about 15 minutes .
