- 1 slice of smoked salmon.
- 4-6 scoops melon.
- 4 slices of toasted bread.
- 1 slice of blue cheese or Roquefort cream.
- dill.


This appetizer is presented very nicely in a glass, with a long range .
Lay a piece of smoked salmon on each scoop of ice cream with melon. and garnish with dill .

Serve with toasted bread covered with melted roquefort .

Serve ice cold and salmon well and slice of hot cheese .
