INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 2 boiled eggs.
- 30 thin slices of toasted baguette.
- about 40 g of anchovy fillets in oil.
- garlic.
- chopped parsley.
- olive oil.

PREPARATION


Place all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor except the oil you pour slowly until an easily spreadable cream .

Spread on toast. Serve as an appetizer or drink .
