- 150 g of frozen salsify.
- 340 g of well salted anchovies.
- 50 cl olive oil.
- 50 cl of fresh cream.
- Gruyère (for flavor).
Preparation of the recipe. Put
salsify 2 minutes in the microwave to thaw and then cut them into pieces. Mix with the anchovies and add the olive oil. Put everything in a bowl and add slowly cream. Put everything in a saucepan and mix with a fork for 15 minutes on low heat. Then enjoy with good meat.
