INGREDIENTS

(5 liter)

- 500 g of fresh angelica stems.
- 1 pinch cinnamon.
- 1 liter of white brandy.
- 1 clove.
- 500 g of powdered sugar.

PREPARATION


Cut angelica into small pieces. Put them in a jar with cinnamon and cloves .

Pour brandy over and seal tightly .

After this time, add the sugar dissolved in a little water (possibly melt it over low heat). Mix .

After 3 months of maceration (in total), filter and put in bottles.
