- 200 g of candied dried tomatoes in oil.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- the juice of an orange.
- 5 or 6 anchovy fillets.
- 50 g capers.
Mix all ingredients in a blender one after the other for a spread uniform.
Serve on toast or bread of your choice by adding parmesan shavings .
Notes: Orange juice gives a truly original and delicious note.
